Projects
Programmes under this enterprise — each project is a workspace for documents, assets, workflows, and teams. The Enterprise workspace (ENT) holds company-wide records.
Vendors
Enterprise registry of pre-qualified Vendor/Companies. Project assignment is optional — it adds a vendor to that project's vendor list. Click a vendor name to open the detail page (profile, documents, activity). Use Edit on a row to change profile, projects, and primary contact inline.
Vendor Templates
Project-scoped performance evaluation criteria and questionnaire / correspondence packages used from the Vendors module.
Departments
Select departments to assign projects or view members below. Enterprise departments can apply to multiple projects; project departments belong to one project.

Asset Data Dictionary
5-level hierarchy: Functional Unit → System → Sub-system → Asset → Components. Each level can be selected, expanded and edited inline. Metadata columns on the right group with the hierarchy on the left.

New Project
Set up a new infrastructure project under your enterprise. You can configure contracts and disciplines after the project is created.
Upload Document
Add a new document with full metadata so it can be discovered, reviewed, and tracked.
Add Asset
Register a new asset. You can fill the Designed and Vendor sections now or come back later.
New Request for Information
Raise a clarification request against a document, drawing, or asset.
New Transmittal
Send a package of documents to internal or external parties with tracked acceptance.
Raise Non-Conformance Report
Document a non-conformance, the investigation, and corrective action.
Raise an Issue
Raise an issue against a document, asset, or location.
New Correspondence
Log inbound or outbound correspondence (mail/letter/notice) and link it to project records.

Schedule a meeting or log notes for one already held. Add agenda, attendees, and action items.
New Permit Request
Request a permit. Supports access permits, work permits, authority letters, permit packs, and adhoc permits.
Pre-register Visitor
Pre-register a visitor coming on-site. Generates a visitor pass and notifies the host.
Onboard Vendor / Contractor
Add a new vendor or contractor. Pre-qualification, compliance, and risk assessments will be triggered after submission.
New Storeroom
Configure a new storeroom and assign manager / supervisor.
Add Inventory Item
Define a master inventory item. Item Packages are received separately into a Storeroom against this item.
Receive Item Package
Record a received batch of items. Triggers Inspection (if required) and Stocking workflows.
Create Item Kit
Create an Item Kit — a group of items issued as a single unit (e.g., AHU service kit).
New Purchase Request
Raise a purchase request. Approved PRs create Purchase Orders sent to multiple vendors for quotes.
